Mandi Cocina Mexicana | Our Story
Named for a friend
Mandi Cocina Mexicana was born as a tribute to a dear friend — a name that carries love into every dish we make. Our flavors trace back to the culinary traditions of Mexico City and Puebla, brought to Tomball with care and pride.
Rooted in Mexico City and Puebla
Our menu draws from two of Mexico's richest culinary regions — the bold, complex cooking of Mexico City and the mole traditions of Puebla. That Puebla-style mole is the soul of our kitchen, layered into every plate of enmoladas.
Made by hand, every day
Our carnitas and barbacoa are made in-house — slow, intentional, built on technique passed down through tradition. When you taste the difference, you'll understand why we wouldn't have it any other way.
A home in Tomball
Guests consistently call us a hidden gem, and that's something we hold close — it means we've built exactly the kind of place we set out to build. In 2025, Mandi was recognized at the Nick's Local Eats Awards, honoring the best local restaurants in the area.
Pull up a chair
Whether it's a weekday lunch, weekend brunch with chilaquiles, or dinner with people you love — there's always a place at the table for you.
